Brand new sofa with manual recliners on each end and matching recliner chair. Microfiber fabric. Purchased and once delivered no longer liked the style. Unfortunately, once furniture is delivered from a major Retail Furniture Store no refunds are allowed. My loss your gain. No delivery available, nor moving help offered. Cash only on pickup. Comes from a smoke free home. Only 1 month old. 600.00 for both. I do not want to sell them separately. I paid 495.00 for the chair and 695.00 for the sofa. The 600.00 price is 50% off what was paid for both pieces. They are brand new, and unused.
