Our son was needing a new vehicle due to being hit by another driver which totalled his car. As we all know, insurance companies can be a complete racket so our son didn't get a huge amount from the insurance for his totalled vehicle. With limited funds, we began searching online and found him the perfect car at Azin Motors in San Antonio. We met with them, took a test drive and inspected the Nissan Sentra along with getting it's Car Fax. The car was just as described and shown online. Our son needed something reliable but with low enough miles to get him through law school for three years. Ardie was super attentive to what we told him we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we received great customer service and were pleased. Thank you so much.😀👍

Recently i got my Hyundai Sonata 2017 in really very very good price, good thing is he is very straight forward with everything. If you are in San Antonio and looking for a car under budget you should definitely visit this dealer.

Everything started off great with this Dealership. Communication was top notch. Of course right? They’re trying to make a sale.

They’d hardly communicate through text and/or email regarding the warranty, only phone, so I’d suggest having your recorder on when talking to these people over the phone. The owner will say “everything’s covered by the warranty” until it’s time to use it. They’ll then say, “did you read the contract?”

It’s not about reading or understanding what you signed for, but when you’re stressed out looking at different cars, the last thing you want to hear is a response like that.

The careless approach and blame game at us buyers then happened once the car is ours. Now it’s, no we can’t help you with your brakes or alignment, but hey, you can use our referred auto shop to get cheap parts!

And then, today. We have nails in one of the tires. Has only been 2 months, a brand new tire now needs to be replaced, and the owner without caring responds with “And remember it’s your car now and you need to take care of everything on it”.

No shoot Sherlock! IT IS THE PRINCIPLE! My questions weren’t answered, just again, referring me back to ensuring since WE bought the car, WE are liable for everything from here on out.

I’D RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE Y’ALL. Or be prepared for a typical shady dealership and car that’ll quickly need work done shortly after you drive it off the lot. When test driving the car, drive it around for a bit, and make sure you bring your magnifying glass.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Everything will seem to be going great, you will purchase a vehicle then a week or two later you will have a lot of problems with it. You will end up spending more on the vehicle than what it’s worth. And all Ardi will say is it’s not his problem. Definitely DO NOT waste time looking here

Amazing customer service and sincerity in communication and overall it didn't feel like I was buying a car, Ardi was authentically personal, didn't pressure me at all and went above and beyond what you expect and even an Audi, Lexus or Luxury class dealership. I felt VIP.

I feel safe to recommend to my coworkers, family and friends.
