This mini fridge/freezer is very clean and works perfectly and powers up quickly every time. I bought this new and since I am the original and only owner of it and have treated it very well. Powers right up and starts getting cold immediately. I havent used it but IThere is no oder.Has a temp knob, quite accurate and quite usefully predictable to adjust the temperature and once the coldness temp selected is reached the fridge will auto shutoff + resume when needed so it's very energy effictant super quiet and the rubber seals connect perfectly and are not stripped. This is a very good brand and I have personally kept it in excellent condition and never had it in an environment where temperature would be anything other than the average room temp. This unit should last for many years I would expect
