Barbie’s Magical mansion was purchased in December 1990’s; we are the first owners. The mansion was built in 1990’s by us, it is in delicate condition, preferably a collector item. We stored this play set in storage in a smoke free home since. The mansion comes fully furnished with working a chandelier & doorbell (batteries are included), with all the original fabrics and pillows that it comes with. Working fireplace/blender & a working phone! ** This mansion belongs to Ruby the Barbie & she will be traveling with her home*** We do not recommend taking apart the house again; and we are only selling in the LOS ÁNGELES AREA; ORANGE COUNTY; RIVERSIDE: LOCAL SELLERS ONLY. (Whoever wants to drive hours to pick this item up are more than welcome. We just don’t want to ship this out due to it’s delicate condition. )
