John the service tech was super nice & respectful. He arrived on time & greeted me with his name, hand shake, smile, explained where he was from & why he was at my home. He explained the information of what he was going to do & answered my questions with direct response like he knew exactly what he was doing with immediate explanations In depth of my questions. John was very professional well dressed for his job, shaven, clean cut even his hair. Very friendly in our general conversations. The repairs were done quite quickly and I could tell that it was professionally done. I had him sign off on the recall sheets of the work that had been done and dated. I like to keep good records. John was was doing all that he could do to make me happy. John comes highly recommended by me.

The Service guy Joe renew or restored my hope in FOMOCO and im 2nd generation FOMOCO generation employee it's a shame that as much as I paid for this beautiful vehicle as my 4th Navigator to have the trouble I have gone through. I pray that there's no more issues.  Thank you so much Joe it was comforting to know you truly cared especially since I was from 2.5 states away from home. Your female manager was awful and I pray that she neve have to be inconvenient like this or any one .

The smoothest dealership experience I’ve had, and I didn’t even live in Tennessee. Autonation is possibly the best dealership company overall (I have since bought another vehicle from Autonation in another state). HQ was an awesome sales member and great to work with. The whole team here knows their stuff and how to make their customers happy. My wife and I got a 2023 Mach-E GT and we had it delivered back to Kansas City. Even though I had a long drive from out of state to trade our vehicle everyone was right on time when I got there and ready to get the sale finalized and everything handled. I purchased my fourth Explorer from them last November. It was a great experience. I have had my maintenance done at their facility ever since. Scheduling online was very easy and the people inside the building are very kind and eager to help. The turn around time for my recall work and oil change maintenance. Was very quick as well and lots of communication in between. I highly recommend contacting Barbara Myers’s for any services you need.
