Description

Selling my parents Noritz tankless gas water heater, as well as vent pipe, as we changed to tankless electric water heaters. This was installed in 2008, in a home with two elderly people. Model N-063S-1. Made in Japan, it is just bulletproof. The heater was used with isolation valves (see pictures), regularly descaled, and in daily use until it was removed from service. See pictures for power on, and heating, when the hot water faucet is turned on. This heats water very quickly, and needs very little flow to turn on. Includes the heater, remote, and vent pipe. Parts are still available from the Noritz site, if needed. Thanks!
