Custom Gaming PC (Needs Hard Drive!)

I want to be clear and start off by saying this is not a ready to go PC. It does not have any hard drive. So you will need a hard drive. I am looking to sell my old gaming PC. I upgraded to a newer model earlier in the year and thought I would make use of this older one but never did. The only thing I kept from my old rig is my hard drives. Everything else is still there. This is a great starter PC and all you need to get it up and running is a bootable hard drive. Even willing to let you test it if you bring a bootable hard drive. Also good for someone who just needs parts, the parts alone are worth more than what I’m asking. It is a little dusty and the side panel glass does have some scratches on it. I was able to run games like apex legends, overwatch, and GTA5 on very high / ultra graphics settings on this machine. SPECS: Intel i7-7700k processor GeForce RTX 2070 super EVGA 1600 P2 Power supply 27 GB ram (2 x 8gb RGB ram sticks, 1 x 8gb non rgb) Z390 H Gaming Motherboard NZXT AIO liquid Cooler All the parts alone are worth well over $600-$700.
