My journey with American Auto Sales has taken an unexpected turn, veering sharply from satisfaction to frustration. Initially, my first purchase was marked by professionalism and respect, a handshake sealing the deal with a promise of quality service. It was an experience that instilled confidence and trust.

However, my recent encounter left me reeling from a rude awakening. With the arrival of a new employee, the atmosphere shifted dramatically. Gone were the courteous exchanges and attentive service. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

Attempting to secure my second vehicle, I was rudely denied a basic test drive, made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The once welcoming environment had turned cold, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth. It's disheartening to witness such a stark departure from the standards of professionalism.

As someone who values respect and courtesy, I can no longer recommend American Auto Sales with confidence. While my past experiences were positive, this recent encounter has left me deeply disappointed and questioning their commitment to customer care.

All I can say is INTEGRITY. Sam made me rethink big dealerships all together. He was so honest about my car choices and really helped me narrow down and find something that not only fit my budget, but also my needs. This is NOT one of those pushy places and that shocked me the most bc when you think dealership, you think price gouging and ‘make that sale’. I also had a very minor issue with the front sensor and he took care of it (another shocker). It’s hard to find businesses that stand by their product, and Sam definitely proved me wrong! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve waited a few weeks to write a review just to see how it goes and it’s been really good. The car was super clean and properly restored. Also on their website you can see what the car looked like before they restored it which is very helpful. Arman, Armen, Armin I’m so sorry I don’t know how his name is spelled but he was so helpful and so nice with showing us the vehicle history. The car I bought was a 2019 Kia optima and it’s gorgeous and I love it so much and I just have to say they did a really good job. I will definitely recommend people to go here just look at the vehicle history and scope out the vehicle and take it for a good test drive. The photos are the photos they took because they are gorgeous.
