I bought a Transit Van from One Stop Auto Mall in March 2023.  Allen was quite helpful!  He didn't present with the "salesy," sketchy or pushy approach like so many dealers present with when you shop.  He seemed sincere, forthcoming, honest and genuine.  The entire sales process was easy, convenient, and straightforward.   No gimmicks.  I had read other reviews on Google shortly before we arrived regarding One Stop Auto Mall and those were very positive, which was one of the reasons we stopped in.   As a female buyer of a large van/bus that is to be used for commercial purposes, I was nervous about being talked down to or "mansplained."  Allen did neither.  He was professional and showed interest in not just the sale, but about me/my business as well.  I wish more men in this industry would realize that their heavy, overbearing presence, "advice" and pushiness is a huge turn-off to women.  I was very grateful for Allen's respect and fair prices.  Should I need a vehicle again, I wouldn't hesitate to return to One Stop Auto Mall and do business with Allen (or his brother, Mike).  Both were wonderful people.

If I can give six stars for these guys and the way they do business I would’ve. With car shortages across US, Mike from One Stop located the car that I actually wanted and had it delivered front of my house in less then three days. Allan Tap the finance manager had my loan secured with one of the banks at a lower rate then new car dealerships. Thank you both for your professionalism.

This was the best car buying experience EVER!! Seriously, I'm not just saying that to post a good review! MC and his team were all so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond! Other places I feel like a number and a potential sale, here they made me feel like family and said they'll take care of this truck and anything else from here on out. You don't get that other places! Not a giant business where you as the buyer gets lost in the weeds, small and quality matters, I love that!!

We live in Oregon and try to buy our cars from states like Arizona where there is no rust. My wife was looking for a new to her Denali and 1 stop auto mall had the color combo she wanted. I called and got Jr on the phone to discuss the car an our situation being 16 hours away. He was very pleasant to deal with and sent us a ton of extra photos since we would be buying the car sight unseen. After we made a deal they shipped the car to us and it arrived 2 days later in fantastic shape. I would not hesitate to buy another car from these guys without even looking at it first. Customer service is top notch.

I immediately reached out to these guys when I saw my dream truck listed on their site. From the first contact with Mike C I felt comfortable dealing with this dealership. I came in after work to see what kind of deal could be done since my credit isn't the greatest. Between Mike C and Allen T a miracle was created because I was able to get into an awesome vehicle with more than manageable payments.Thanks to the hard working guys at One Stop Auto Mall.
