I had an awesome experience buying my Triumph Bobber from this dealership.

I took the train down from LA to pick up the bike and rode it all the way back up — about a 3-hour ride — and the entire process couldn’t have been smoother.

The sales team (I worked with Errol, super nice and knowledgeable guy!) was super easy to work with. I handled the deal over the phone since I didn’t want to make the trip without having everything locked in — they totally understood and worked with me every step of the way to make it happen.

When I was there, I realized the fuel indicator wasn’t working after I filled it up at the gas station down the street (after purchasing and riding away. Easy to miss if they hadn’t filled it back up since it was low). I brought it back, pointed it out to them, they genuinely apologized and had it fixed within the hour while I got lunch. No hassle, no pushback — just solid customer service.

The mechanics at the shop were equally awesome. They went through the whole bike, made sure it was dialed before I hit the road, and I could tell they took pride in making sure their bikes leave in perfect condition. Even gave it an extra wipe down after rolling it out for me. ( I can’t remember his name but it was a younger guy, one of the best mechanics I’ve talked to, definitely knew his stuff).

It’s been a few months now since I picked it up, and the bike has been absolutely flawless.

Would 100% buy from them again. Worth the trip. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I had an excellent experience at Onyx Moto! I was in desperate need of coolant for my bike and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find the right one. The parts department staff went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they have the exact coolant I was looking for in stock, but their customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I got the right product. I left feeling confident and satisfied. This shop will definitely be my go-to for all motorcycle parts from now on. Highly recommend!

I got my first bike with these guys. Was at work on a Friday looked into getting a street fighter v2 and they had it in stock. Justin initially took the call but as a collective these guys really made sure I left with the bike the next day! They even hooked me up on the coolest helmet they had In stock! They got some cool gear gloves etc they are a great team to work with and very compassionate about your safety and I really appreciated that thanks again guys for helping me with my first street bike I be back next week for some

Great experience. Very knowledgeable sales team and fair trade offers. Before I signed any paperwork, the team ran through a safety check of the bike with me standing there. Very fast and efficient. While I waited , I was offered complimentary drinks and entertaining conversations. Will be back for another.
