The Monolith 16" THX® Certified Ultra 2000‑Watt Powered Subwoofer sets the standard for bass output, low distortion, and reference level bass. A newly designed 16" driver coupled with a DSP controlled, 2000‑watt RMS, 3800+‑watt peak power amplifier, brings a new dimension in low frequency, bass performance to any home theater system. This is the newest subwoofer from the high end, THX Ultra certified Monolith line of audio components and speakers. It is in brand new condition. No scratches or scuffs of any kind. Has not been driven hard at all, nowhere near its capacity and it sounds amazing. This subwoofer is far superior to and easily outperforms the popular SVS PB16-Ultra. I owned a PB16 Ultra first then replaced it with the Monolith 16. I moved into a townhome and the subwoofer is too big and powerful for neighbors on both sides of me. It was purchased on 10/19/2021 and I moved in June 2022 at which point it was placed in storage. It comes with a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase. I have the receipt to provide and will make myself available if warranty service is ever needed. I purchased the sub direct from Monoprice. I have the original packaging with all internal foam, reinforced bracings and double boxed exactly as I received it for protection and safe transport. You will need several people to help you and a truck. The subwoofer is very big and heavy. No low ballers.
