YES it does hold water. When I went to pick it up it was being drained. I never got around to setting it up. Can be used as a terrarium too. Snakes, lizars, iguana, spiders Other pets like hamsters, guinea pigs etc etc Size is about 6 ft (72in) x 1.5 ft (18in) x 2 ft (26in) About 146 gallons according to online calculation estimate. Stand size: 74 1/4" x 20 1/4" x 30" L x W x H Total height 57" Electrical extension cord included. Has been used for storage recently. Aquarium surface has been protected by cardboard. Stuff inside the aquarium and inside the stand are not included. Moving so would like it out. Must haul out yourself, must bring help as this is HEAVY!!!!!!!! Atleast 3-4 strong people.
