I ordered a Venom 250GT Automatic. Have had many issues. I’ll just point out a few and keep it short as possible.  Muffler had black burn spots after one time use. The bike didn’t come fully assembled like I had purchased. I  called customer care and a woman named Shana C took over my case. Word for word she told me “ I know you just don’t like the bike and that is why you are complaining so much” then her boss calls me and assures me he will handle it. I 100% believe this just upset her. Afterwards I ordered a new driver peg and after 1 week I emailed back and asked when she would have the invoice and she said she is currently working on it. Two days later I get the invoice finally and pay for it. Part was in stock the whole time I should add because I checked the website. Then the part arrived and wouldn’t you know it’s the passenger foot peg even though in the order info it clearly says driver. Without a doubt in my mind I believe this was done on purpose by Shana C who I should add is a General Manager with this company.

Love my venom x22 125cc Runs great easy to work on and great bike to learn how to ride! I greatly recommend getting a x22 if you enjoy cruising we live in the mountains and it holds up going up and down steap mountain terrain and I would get a different starter bike nowhere else plus staff is super friendly and willing to help!
Plus a very comfortable and beautiful bike in my opinion and I’ve been riding motorcycles years!

On line purchases are scary! To buy anything, especially something that is expensive is a gamble at the very least so when I needed a small vehicle to get around our property and couldn’t find the right thing in the community we took a chance and purchased a small ATV from Venom Motors and crossed our fingers. All I can say is WOW! I LOVE my little baby (I named her Ruby) and I am MORE than pleased! Our communications with your customer service representative-MARK!- were wonderful…polite and professional and always speedy. A bit of an issue with tracking but an e-mail was all it took for Mark to respond quickly and with the answers to our questions. Thank you soooo much- I’m pushing 80 years old and my little Ruby is making life easier!

I purchased a KPX 250 from Venom Motorsports last year and I now have 600 miles on it. I recently contacted Maya at Venom Motorsports to help with remapping issues. My phone call to her was above expectations. She quickly answered all my questions and provided me with follow up emails for shipping.  I sent my ECU /CDI and it was shipped USPS to Venom to Kenny who then expedited the remapping procedure. I received my ECU/CDI in record time. Needless to say the remapping was flawless and fixed my problem. Thank you Kenny for the follow up request I asked for. Thank you for this painless warranty request Maya.
