I came here last year in May because an employee basically harassed me at the transit station to check out cars because i was getting in an uber. I repeatedly told him i was fine with not having a car because i was leaving soon for military reasons, he persisted so i went check them out. They gave me outrageous prices for high mileage cars (i never told them i knew anything about cars but since im a female the guys just assumed). I ended up saying no and leaving months later my husband and i went again just to snoop around and they guy that was showing us cars tried to pry in our financial business saying we don’t have any money because we are E2, then he proceeded to lie about a car when we already knew it wasn’t better than what he had. This entire dealership is a scam and is horrible. NOT TO ADD BUT THE LYING EMPLOYEE HAD HIS UNDERWEAR ON INSIDE OUT AND HIS PANTS BELOW HIS BUTT. completely unprofessional !!!

I wish I knew my son was buying a car here I would have never told him to do it. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I am retired Marine my son joined the Navy and is stationed in San Diego and decided to buy a car here worst decision ever you all took his money and you knew the car was bogus. First, the car engine block leak is a major $14,000 repair and second he can’t even register the car because you all did dirty paperwork. I have went through so much money trying to straighten this mess out. How does he have to pay for parking tickets when the car wasn’t even in his procession at the time. All I can say is our military deserves better than you people, how dare you treat our hard working honest young men and women like this and I wish the Military could sue you for them and how dare Navy Fed give you the loan money shame on them too. Oh also that telephone number doesn’t work either. Nothing but lies.

Sold a broken car to a non licensed person. Took advantage of them and when confronted with their unethical behavior they demanded we pay $4k for them to take the car back. The car is non drivable at the moment the person was coerced to signed. They told this person not to tell anyone about the “special deal!”
Shady!! Stay away!! This is a terrible business taking advantage of young impressionable people!

Never buy a car from here my man got a BMW 330e from here the worst decision they allowed an employee to sell him a car that had a major issue
the head gasket Blew we didn’t know that it did and the check engine light never came on they blame him for it he had to come out pocket to pay for it to get fix and other issues when it wasn’t his fault we didn’t have the car for long and they like to drive the cars as if it is there to drive when they are suspose to be for sale .

NAVY personnel are forbidden to go to DEAM MACHINE.
