We purchased this unit recently after a car ran into and destroyed our central air conditioner condenser unit and we had to wait for a replacement unit. This did a very effective job of cooling our large living room and kitchen area. We don’t have a use for it now that we’ve gotten our central AC replaced, and it couldn’t be returned. It was purchased new at Home Depot sometime in early May for $549.99. It was used for less than two weeks. Comes with documentation, remote control, all of the installation materials (a new piece of weatherstripping may be needed in some circumstances), and I may be able to find the receipt as well.
