Selling my home gym setup, both pieces are in great condition and have barely been used. The Hoist MI7 Functional Trainer is super smooth and perfect for full-body workouts. It’s got dual adjustable cables, pull-up grips, and comes with the bench included. Everything works like new. no squeaks, cables are tight and glide perfectly. It comes with the adjustable dual cables, a straight bar attachment, handles, and accessories. The Landice L8 treadmill is a commercial grade machine, super sturdy, runs quiet, and feels like what you’d find at an upscale gym. Belt is in great shape and the display works perfectly. I’m only selling because I don’t use them enough and need to free up space. Both are top of the line brands known for their build quality. Would prefer to sell both together but open to separating if needed. Pick up only located in Sylmar.
