The service i recieved from this place was terrible. I come in and the guy acted like he didnt want to help me. I called ahead and spoke to someone very friendly who said come by and they had 100 cars in their inventory. I get there and the guy acted like i was bothering him, then tells me he only has cars available from 8000 and up. Cars that are 10+ years old mind you, that had no business being 8000, and he only had 4 that were around that price. And he tells me they dont negotiate price either. Most of their prices online are downpayment prices and not actual prices of the vehicles, which is obviously misleading. I got nothing but shady vibes from this place. Its a buy here pay here lot but that dont mean you take advantage of people, if it was reasonable service and price i would have no problem. Ive bought plenty of cars from a buy here pay here, and none of them were as bad as this experience. I was there for 5 min but it sure made a lasting impression. Do yourself a favor. Dont bother.

Worst dealership you can find, I recommended Los amigos auto sales they have nice clean cars that are reliable I came here looking for a nice car only to be treated rude and unprofessional they just want your money it feels like a scam. Before you do buy a car from here make sure to make sure to look at everything the car has wrong with it because they don’t give guarantees or refunds . I got a 2014 challenger from there location in the east side which they claim it is a different dealership and owner even though the owner told me he owned both lots. The car I got overheated and started boiling after 30min of driving home if that and then my brother got in the car and we notice that the passenger seat doesn’t lock and we look further and find that the headlight is tied on with a shoe lace and a dirty shirt as a mount.They told me I could swap the car for a different one but after looking at the cars more carefully they where worst then the one I chose so I finally decided to take a loss and just buy the cheapest car they had on the lot. ANYWHERE BUT HERE TRUST ME.

I bought an excursion with a plow on it. Very friendly up there. Excursion runs great, plow works great couldn't get any better then that!!

Came here as a recommendation and came to the reviews and seeing how this company responds to complaints is enough for me to RUN the other way! DO BETTER! Even if you don't agree with a  review  you don't need to respond.

Just look at the reviews and how they argue back with customers that goes to show you a lot. This place is straight ghetto, trash unprofessional...Cars or junk and way overpriced. For example, old ford bronco, no carpet, door panels messed up back window fallen, but yet they think cause it's got 75000 miles on it it's worth 13000 trust me guys go to another place for a car.
