I was very happy with my experience yesterday purchasing a Sienna. I had spoken with Mark Young before coming in and worked out all the details before I arrived since I was coming from a couple hours away.  Everyone was friendly and there was zero pressure at any point in the process and no funny business about the price we had discussed. It was supposed to be Mark’s day off but he came in to help because it was the only day I could make it in. The car I wanted was a couple years old and Mark went out of  his way to make sure I was aware of a couple cosmetic issues I didn’t notice at first but probably would have seen once I got home. I really appreciated the transparency! There was also one blemish on the bumper Mark noticed that I didn’t see that they fixed while I was there and I would have been ok with it anyway. I made the decision to buy based off the pictures but the car looked better than the photos when I got there in person. I think they would do well to get higher resolution photos online. I came in determined not to get any of the warranty options and I didn’t purchase any extra warranties. Todd was the person who went in more detail through all the warranty options, it all made sense I just really didn’t want to spend the extra for it and never needed one in the past…then, on my drive home yesterday on the freeway, the car next to me kicked up a small rock that cracked my windshield. I was immediately regretting passing the warranty option! At least the one that would have covered the windshield! I also met Brett the manager who was friendly and welcoming. The dealership in general was clean and professional and had a down to earth comfortable feeling, not the over the top flashy-for-no-reason feel some other dealerships had. I visited and called several other Toyota dealers before finally buying yesterday and I would go out of my way again to work with Mark and Bob Smith Toyota. When I got home my wife and kids were super excited and it’s a nice upgrade for us. 20 years ago if you told me I’d ever be this happy with a mini van I’d say you’re full of it…but here we are!

He communicated with me prior to me coming in (I live two hours away) met up with me and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
