Ashley top selling item as for look and comfort. Super easy to wipe clean with leather cleaner. Easy to install and disable for easy transport. See pics I located the chairs in that style but you can rearrange anyway you like. 4 months since the date I purchased but delivered recently because I had to sell the other set first. Now they are home and my family hates the leather, say they are too cold and color is too light so here I am sacrificing my choice for others to bee happy. And of course taking $ loss FYI measurement facts: It’s a 12.6” sectional height is 37” Without extending the lounge is 37”deep But remember you can put the curve in a different area if you don’t have a 9ft wall like me then put the curve making the smaller side 4.5’ a different cut is 6ft then the curve and the other side would be 6.5ft. When you extend the lounge chair it’s 5.5ft deep. I hope this gives you a clear understanding of the measurements.
