It comes preinstalled with the latest linux mint, which is a light windows like os. Why linx mint? Windows 11, due to its stringent requirements, can't be installed, and Windows 10 would make it too bloated and slow, not to mention that Windows 10 will be end of life soon. Linux mint is lighter on resources, giving it a boost in performance and is a secure modern os that puts you in control of your pc, not the other way around.
