1997 Jayco Designer Series 3710 RL TS 5th wheel

*UPDATE* - THIS CAMPER HAS BEEN IN STORAGE SINCE JAN OF 2019. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET DOWN TO FL TO CLEAN AND OR TAKE CARE OF THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE LISTED BELOW. I am the 3rd owner and live in PA. 1997 Jayco Designer Series 3710 RL TS 5th wheel w/ 3 slides. Very roomy camper. No leaks it does need some TLC though. The camper comes with 2 window ac units, the largest slide sub floor needs to be replaced and the plumbing underneath needs to be reconnected. It does have a new hot water heater. Tires are good. (Previous owners couldn't fix ceiling ac or floor). My wife and I have started some of the work but had to come back to PA. Please respond at any time to this post for more info. I had the camper moved to Many Mansions RV Park in Dade City Fl. The camper was hard wired and hard plumbed at the previous RV Park before I had it moved. Clean title in hand. I will be coming to Florida in September and will be cleaning and fixing the items listed above. Once those repairs are done the price will increase to my original price of 6K and it will no longer be negotiable.
