That's why i bought a Texas speed DOD kit that came with extra (Upgraded Camshaft- DOD Displacement on Demand Lifters) No lifter deactivation mode so no more worries for the lifters locking up, stays in v8 mode all the time. Direct Injected generation 4 with a 3 year transferable warranty all paper work and receipts have been kept. The truck was supposed to be a work truck but after all this money i've put into it i honestly just want what i payed for. My loss your gain. Has 3 registered keys.
