When I entered onto the 2nd floor "Vehicle Sales Department"  I was greeted immediately at which point I mentioned who I was there to meet for a test drive. I did not have to wait long and even though the person I was there for was busy at the moment I was then introduced to another who would help me. They worked together as a team.

I was invited (while I waited) to grab a cup-of-coffee water or treat they had available in the nearby lounge of the same floor. My questions were carefully heard with understanding and replied back with great care as well as very informative where I have a deeper understanding of the newer models types of vehicles.

All went well! Did my homework beforehand as far as what I sought in a used vehicle and these concerns were met with thorough feedback by Young Man Sales Associate Bram Salas.

Caesar is a man of his word and his customer service is superb. Due to his quality of service I drove 2 hours to this BMW to lease my car. His communication was great and I will strongly recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you again Caesar. Only concern I had was the delay to lease and sell my vehicle. But I do understand they were busy due to holiday sales.

I will never trust BMW of Mountain View with my car again. I brought in my 540i for a simple tire replacement on the left front wheel, and when I picked it up, the wheel itself had been curbed while in their care. This was fresh damage that absolutely was not there when I dropped it off.

My service advisor, Branden Casey, and the service manager, Kevin Hagar, admitted fault — but instead of immediately replacing the wheel with a new OEM part, they tried to push for a “repair” using a third-party vendor. That is completely unacceptable for a premium brand dealership. A refinished wheel is never the same as factory, and any BMW owner knows that.

The fact that I had to catch this myself and argue to have the issue properly addressed says everything about the lack of care and accountability at this dealership. If they can’t perform a tire swap without damaging a wheel, how can anyone trust them with more serious service?
