Vintage mid century teak secretary desk made in the U.K. by Elliotts of Newbury, circa the 1960s. This piece features Danish modern styling including clean lines, no hardware, and H-style legs that add an airy feel and leave space underneath one's feet while sitting. A slanted drop-down door becomes the writing or laptop surface, and when open reveals cubbies suspended from the top. Below the door is a drawer with horizontal trim lines, and below that are cabinet doors with open storage inside. It's in good vintage condition with some expected wear for age and use. 30" wide, 16" deep, tapering to 10" deep at the top, 42.75" high, writing surface is 28.25" high.
