2017 Coachman pursuit 27KB Drastically, Reduced Price

It is still for sale, I will not take offered or higher price for me to hold a check for you and wait for it to clear and please, please, please, no to all other crazy scams! Please no more offers of $15,000 plus or minus. Just drastically lowered the price from current list price of $43,500 for a quick sale to a friendly buyer with no hassle. We are retired and currently losing our butts in the stock market so this price will be available for a short period of time and if the market goes up so will the price of this RV. I have most if not, all of the original paperwork Wife does not want me driving it anymore because of old age and health issues. I love this RV and hate to see it go. It does have an upgraded memory foam bed (custom built in Tennessee ) better than any Tempur-pedic I’ve ever slept on and we own four, new power steps, front drop-down bed has a memory foam topper, new Michelin front tires although that was not necessary but I have a hangup about tires, two air conditioners, Onan generator runs great, sliding doors between main bedroom , new rearview and side view color display monitor, two flatscreen TVs, reupholstered all seats and couch, heavy duty, tow, package, sewer pipe with extra extension, and 45 downspout, water hose, etc. It currently has a smaller round table at the pull out bed couch area however I have the hardware to put two post supports for a larger table. Unfortunately, I had built a very nice walnut matching table that was broken by my son. If you wish you may have it to put back together. I also have another spare table that you could refinish. Very well maintained. Runs great I had it checked out by a great RV Mechanic, upgraded the radio and other upgrades. Extra 50 foot 30/50 amp extension cord plus several adapters. The awning shown in the picture is not included. It got blown off because some dummy forgot to bring it in during a Wind storm in Red River, New Mexico. You can probably guess who that dummy was. Have not had time to replace it. It still has the motor and hardware. oh yeah, it is listed under Betsy. That’s my wife account. I’m not smart enough to set one up for myself.
