Regrettably we just sold our 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range with less then 13,000 miles. We had our eye on the 2025 GMC Acadia Denali & phoned Schumacher Buick GMC of West Palm to ensure they still had the vehicles we were interested in. We spoke with Vivian Dorantes who assured us the vehicles were there & she would pull them up for us. She met us when we arrived with her very pleasant smile & demeanor & led us out to the Acadia that she had pulled up for us. After test driving it we decided to try the Buick Enclave, well the minute we got into the Enclave we knew that this was the one we were going with. We just want to thank Vivian so much for all her patience and knowledge of the vehicles & different models they had in stock. After our exceptional experience buying our Tesla & not having to deal with a high pressuring sales team we were not looking forward to having to deal with that again. Her job didn’t stop when the deal was signed, she texted me several times over the next few days to ensure we were happy and to offer any additional help if we had any questions or concerns regarding our new vehicle.
