Clean, loved and cared for Catalina 25 sailboat for sale! Pop-top roof adjusts the head room from 5’9” to 6’7” and brings in light and fresh air! Custom interior build on the boat including: 6” 3-layer custom fit mattress (full size width at the widest part) Full size sink and faucet with pressurized water from a quiet Seaflow 2gpm pump. The sink slides forward to be able to use it without hitting your head on the low ceiling Pantry storage in place of the second sink that was originally equipped on the boat No head but rather a urinal that drains directly to the ocean for no stink and no mess. Fold down table and seat built for working on a laptop and sits across from a wall mounted monitor. Next to the office seat is office storage completing the perfect work-reboatly setup. The boat is clean, loved, and feels terrific. Exterior Mercury 7.5hp outboard in great running condition. Adjustable outboard mount to drop the outboard in and out of the water Equipped with original anchor Omni directional marine antenna for radio. Cushions for outside seating that I always store inside. The fiberglass gel-coat has a fresh coat of polish and wax and is in decent condition. The beautiful teak trim is kept up with teak oil The bottom paint is in fair condition and I have a boat cleaner clean it for me once a month. Small and very fun to sail. Can be sailed solo due to the size and ease of the boat. Life changes are causing me to sell her but I was planning on keeping her forever and took care of her like so. This is a must see.
