TV stand with fireplace insert and remote that’s in great condition. Can use with or without the fireplace. It actually gets very warm. There are five different levels of heat or you can use without heat. Fits up to a 70 inch TV A few knicks from when we moved but nothing that can’t be fixed with furniture marker. Length 63.25” Depth 20.5” Height 26.5” Must pick up. We live on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The tv stand is pretty heavy, will definitely need 2 people to move. Purchased in 2021 for $750, asking $200 obo
