2008 Volkswagen Rabbit

2008 VW Rabbit with the 2.5L 5-cylinder and a manual transmission, 170k miles. Runs great. Needs a battery. The clutch failed and it does not drive — you can move/drive it in a pinch, but the clutch is absolutely not engaging. Transmission is good. Texas car, so it's not rusty at all; I don't believe it has ever been driven in a Wisconsin winter. It has not been driven in three years, hence the dead battery. Fires right up with a jump. Brakes and tires were nice when it was parked. It has a loud muffler on it — I'd personally put a quieter one on; real easy to do since it's right at the rear of the car. Located 5 miles south of Black Creek, between Appleton and Black Creek, in the Town of Center. Payment: cash, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal. Call or text (contact info removed) — please leave a voicemail if I can't pick up. If you text me from an area code other than 920, you must include a personal message telling me where you're located — I get tons of scam messages and need to know you're a real person, not a scammer.
