With two separate cellular modems, you can operate two cellular connections independently of one another. If one carrier goes down, the device allows for automatic failover to a second carrier. With an optional PrimeCare license that can be added at any time, two independent connections can bonded/merged simultaneously using SpeedFusion Connect for added reliability and dependability (especially useful if you work remotely and rely on redundancy to stay connected for Zoom, Teams, etc.). This device supports WAN in, so a wired connection such as a cable modem can be part of your connectivity strategy. If your wired connection goes down, another connection, such as cellular, Starlink, mobile hotspot device, or personal hotspot from your smartphone can be used to keep you online. Inbound interface connections supported include 2 cellular connections, 2 Ethernet connections, 1 USB 3.0 port, WiFi as WAN 2.4GHz, and WiFi as WAN 5GHz, for a whopping total of 7 possible interfaces supplying internet service. This device is ideal for road warriors (RV, bus, travel vans, boats on intercoastal waterways), as well as rural homes with access to cellular networks.
