I was unaware and uneducated that I bought stolen vehicle on Facebook (it’s definitely my fault) & my personal  belongings was in the car. As soon the car  get to their dealership, all of a sudden my belongings are gone, definitely a shady business. Employees and manager getting mad at me because I’m trying to retrieve my belongings. Will be suing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. And I want my $45 I spent to pull the carfax since they were having “subscription issues”.

I have been looking for a first gen Toyota Sequoia for several months. I’ve been all over the state of GA and even into South Carolina and Alabama, trying to find the right one. I saw the one they currently have on the lot with just one picture of it, so I passed over it for several weeks until I got an update from the website I was using to locate vehicles, saying that new pictures had been added. The mileage was a little more than I wanted, but still not high enough to be a deal breaker. It looked so clean and well maintained from the pictures that I figured I’d go check it out.

I drove 2.5 hours thru horrible atlanta traffic, to arrive to a dirty, unkempt building. The ladies bathroom didn’t even have a door on the one working stall. Yet the bathroom itself has a swinging door. That was one uncomfortable bathroom trip, hoping no one comes in.

When I get there, I ask to see the carfax before I go see the vehicle, only to be told that “carfax wasn’t working” “the subscriptions sometimes fail” so I paid the $45 to pull the carfax report myself.

I then ask to go see the vehicle, only to be met with an ENTIRELY different vehicle than what was pictured. It was wrecked on every end, someone had tried to do a lot of shoddy at home car boy mods to it. The back lift gate was completely busted, as was the back bumper. This I was not the clean vehicle they posted in pics. They didn’t even bother to take pics of the actual vehicle itself. I was told “oh well those were the auction pics”. Ummm so someone did all this to the vehicle from the time you bought it from auction, to the time you got it on the lot?

So then he asks if we went over how financing worked. When we originally spoke on the phone the week prior, it was $1500-2000 down and $250-300/mo. Then I get there and everything has been increased. I had to laugh. I didn’t even test drive the vehicle. It was ridiculous.

Im then suggested a couple of other vehicles. Some id looked at on their website. Yet again, the website pictures are so clean, while the actual vehicle looks like it was stolen and trashed. One vehicle LITERALLY HAD TRASH IN IT. An old take out box sitting in a plastic bag with a fountain drink. I didn’t open that car door; who knows what that would have smelled like.

The most laughable part tho, was the guy told me “we mostly deal in luxury cars”. Ummm. Are the luxury cars in the room with us? All I see is a glorified wrecker/parts yard.

All in all, maybe they get it right sometimes. But the least they could do it take ACCURATE pictures of the vehicle when it enters their lot. 10/10 do not recommend.

I then had to sit in horrible atlanta traffic for 3.5 hours to get back home. I’ve wasted $40 in gas and $45 on a carfax solely because they lied about the vehicles condition and lied with their pictures.

I don’t expect used car salesman (esp a BHPH lot) to be completely honest, but I’ve bought several cars in my lifetime, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. And I promise you, that’s saying something.

Great experience working with Pars Auto in Auckland when buying my campervan. They worked to make sure the van was in great condition and that it was a good fit for me. I believe Naser is a good businessman and knows his cars. It has been 3 months and we are still so happy with the van, no issues, no problems.💛

I wish I could give -0 star rating.  So unprofessional, owner having relations with employee. They selling cars that are no good.  I was told there was a warranty on the car I purchased only to find out about 3 weeks later when the car stopped working that a warranty was never put on the car.  I was told that they would have the car fixed since I had it less than a month, and all payments would be paused.  I was informed a month later (when I called to get an update on car) that the car was in repo status.  The car is not even in my possession.  DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Since I can’t edit my review.. go down a bit and find my name for my experience and read the reply. This place puts photos of a whole different vehicle (same make and model) on their website, to rope you in, thinking you’re going to see a car in great shape. The car I drove THREE HOURS TO SEE, that they lied about being able to provide a carfax on, and made me purchase said carfax, before even viewing the vehicle, was a TOTALLY DIFFERENT VEHICLE than what they listed. STILL WANT MY $45 BACK!

I went to see a first gen sequoia that looked super clean and nice. When I got there, it was completely changed and modified and WRECKED. Literally wrecked on every single panel. There wasn’t one that didn’t need replaced. I am kicking myself for not taking pics of it to compare to the ones they posted, but I was genuinely shocked. I even talked to Mirage (which, laughably, that car was a mirage) beforehand and ASKED EXPLICITLY if they took pics of the car on their lot as it was received.

THE LEAST YALL COULD DO IS POST PICS OF THE ACTUAL VEHICLE ON YOUR LOT. Don’t google pics of the same make, model, year, color, and post those. Take pics of the ACTUAL vehicle. I noticed this was an issue with several cars on their lot.

The sales guy tried to tell me that the hood mods with the poorly cut snorkel and engine intake with a Superman sticker on it, latex blacked out sprayed wheels that were peeling, janky lift, WRECKAGE to every panel, AND INTERIOR FINISH (pedals switched out, audio system completely jacked, ripped to hell leather) was all modified from the time they bought it at auction, to the time it entered their lot. He said he used the pics from auction.

So you’re telling me that from the time it came from FL, on the tow truck, it was excessively modified, to be an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT VEHICLE, happened between the tow from FL to GA? (he also lied about that and said they don’t buy cars from FL bc of potential flood damage. I bought my own carfax and figured that out, since he wouldn’t provide it and lied about their “subscription isnt working, it’s common”) funny enough, my carfax worked just fine.

He then showed me several other vehicles that I saw on their website, and NONE of them look like the pics shown.

Also, I hope if you’re a woman, you never have to use the bathroom there.

Y’all can reply to this review again, with your ridiculous BS of it being an old car; I’ll keep stating the truth.

They do not accurately represent the state of the vehicle you are interested in. They Google pics of the same car and post those. They think if they have you there, and you’re looking for a specific car, they can tell you they’ll fix everything.

Bottom line: TAKE PICS OF THE VEHICLE TJATA ACTUALLY ON YOUR LOT. Not google images of a better version of it.

If you buy from here… well. You’ve been warned. There are like 10 buy here/pay here lots within a few miles. Highly recommend y’all go down the street and see my man Marvin at United Auto Group. They’re stellar and have a great selection!
