Great communication from the moment that I made the first contact. I never felt rushed but also felt like Mark treated me like a friend. My time at the dealership was very pleasant and I had a really smooth buying process. I felt like I got a great deal! Mark and the rest of the team were outstanding!

First come first serve basis which I get when cars are being sold but Glen could have communicated with me better on a deal that was happening. He mentioned since I was the first one to call and be interested they would work with me and even after submitting my application I didn't get a call back and I called them only to be told they will call me back again. Opened the listing the next morning and no surprise it was sold. Ultimately yes it's my fault for not jumping on this days prior but seriously lack of communication just to close another deal gets under my skin. On to the next one.

Yesterday, I was able to find my son a 2001 Audi with low miles. It was about two hours away, so we decided to drive out and take a look. The sales process was easy. I worked with Mark, who was absolutely no-pressure and easy to work with. Negotiations were fair and honorable.

Even after signing the paperwork and getting out the door, we experienced an issue about an hour after purchase. Not with the car itself, just due to inexperience with Audis. Without hesitation, they sent a mechanic out to take a look, and everything turned out to be just fine.

I'm very happy with the purchase and very happy with the process. I'm sure I'll be back when my daughter comes of age to find a quality vehicle at a fair and honest price.

Most importantly I was never hassled and never asked to write this review.

Update 8/30/25
Starting to have doubts now.  They couldn't fix the truck after trying for over 2 months. Now they're going to try to find a replacement truck to swap out, we will see. In the mean time I'm still making payments and insurance on a truck I don't have.  Plus I thought it was a good truck so I put money into it before we found the problem that I'll never get back. Tried talking to them about it they say they're putting a lot of money into making things right.  Which I'm glad.  But they are the ones that sold a bad truck and got in this mess in the first place.  I shouldn't be paying for their mistake even if it's costing them alot as they put it.  Not sure if this dealership is worth the headache. See what happens in the next week or so.

Well I have to say I had doubts.  But these guys have gone above and beyond.  I Bought a older truck, they were willing to work with me and compromise, no pressure. Then unfortunately the truck has severe issues neither I nor the dealership saw coming.  Bad for both of us. But I have to say these guys are going well beyond to make things right. Always had bad experiences with dealerships. But for being a smaller lot they're out shining the big dealerships.  They are willing to back their trucks they sell. Thanks for working with me.

I bought a 2016 Charger SRT off them on October of 2021,  72 month loan, when I purchased the car I had signed up for the GAP insurance.. so fast forward to today,  I paid off the car in November 2024 paid it off 3 years earlier and was due for a GAP refund for the 3 years remaining  at first they were keeping in touch they told me 4-8 weeks to receive the refund I sent them the paperwork required and a photo of the odometer, copy of my contract  since they asked for it that way I could get the refund and they ghosted me and stop replying to my emails it’s been about 7 months and  never received my Gap Refund it was about 300$ or so I’m sure if they were short 300$ on a sale it’ll be a big deal. It’s always the customer getting the short end of the stick. I’m still contemplating of filing small claims to help me get my money it’s not much but just to show these scum dealerships a lesson when I purchased the car i had a good experience with them but things change when your owed money I guess. If you’re really trying to fix this issue reply to my emails!
