I bought this off FB Marketplace, all I know about it is the lettering is some kind of durable paint as it has not smudged a bit It has twine to hang it up but I tucked the twine back and had it resting on a pedistal 21H x15.5Wx0.75D Pick up Hopkins/St Louis Park border or Bloomington
