My husband and I recently bought an Acura RDX from this dealership. Ralph helped us find the perfect car that checked off all of our boxes. He made sure to explain everything about the car so that we knew exactly what we were buying. The whole process from when we found the car, to when we picked it up was very smooth and quick. We will definitely be coming back here for our future car purchases.

Out of state buyer very satisfied with service and purchase.  Ralph and Andrew were up front with all details and were offering a vehicle at a great price with low miles and one owner.   I caught a train to Chicago and they sent an Uber to Union Station.  Purchase was quick and painless and vehicle was exactly as advertised. Sent me off with a full tank of diesel.

Check engine light did come on shortly after and they offered to take it to their shop and get it taken care of but I had to get out of town.  Had code read at auto parts store and they found nothing except emission warning.  Ralph informed me that the emission system was under warranty and after a trip to the Mercedes dealership back home, I was back to normal at no charge.
They were responsive and concerned about my satisfaction and that is refreshing.

I had the pleasure of working with Andy, and he was outstanding. The service was prompt, the deal was excellent, and the overall experience was exceptional. Will be coming back when I need another car and definitely recommend for others.

Since I can’t reply, I will do it here. When I was sold the vehicle, I was told it had no problems or issues besides.the minor scratches on the car. On my way back from the dealership the car broke down and wouldn’t start. Do you want a five star rating for making the car driveable again in a worse condition? Yes I declined the extended warranties because I have never been in an accident and know how to drive safe. What's unfortunate is that the dealers were being dishonest about the condition of the car I purchased. You’re not responsible for the rear bumper, but nobody hit the car, and if I am driving on the highway and it pops off causing a danger to me and other drivers that is another example that the car was in far worse condition than you have let on. We didn’t discover anything together… when I bought the car I was told the key fobs needed batteries, then afterwards I was told there were no keys that would work. I didn’t get a discount or any resolution from this issue I just had to deal with it. I was told if my insurance didn’t cover the tows that you would cover it. When they didn’t cover it you said you waived the $100 deductible. Only thing is the tow costed more than $100. Also, I was very excited driving my “fixed” car for the 30 minutes I did before the check engine light came back on and I had to drive all the way back out to repair show and Uber back to get it fixed… twice. With all this being said I don’t know what rating you expect, I would rate a 0 star if I could and be fortunate I didn’t tell hundreds of people to give your “dealership” a 1 star rating like I was contemplating on doing. Purchase from a reputable dealership or bring a certified mechanic.
