Just replaced with new HEPA filter and activated carbon filter. excellent condition.. Honeywell motto number 50250. This purifier has a coverage of 390 ft. The true HEPA filter needs to be replaced only every 3 to 5 years along with the odor reducing pre-filter. However, it has a brand new HEPA and pre-filter as mentioned.
