For sale my 2003 Honda Metropolitan 50cc scooter. In the state of Kentucky no motorcycle license, insurance, or registration is required to own/ride. I am the 2nd owner of this beautiful, retro styled scooter. I bought a motorcycle last year and have started riding the scooter less so I thought I'd sell it to have some extra cash and pass it along to someone that can enjoy it as much as I did. If you are interested in a test ride you must come with my asking price in cash, a valid driver's license, leave the cash with me, and agree that if the scooter is damaged/laid over during testing you will surrender the cash to me. Seafoam added to first tank of gas after winter * Honda OEM reusable filter (can be cleaned and oiled with K&N kit) cleaned every oil change * Never rode in wet weather or rain * Stars up first kick or electric start every time * Variator weights cleaned and lubed @ 3,000 miles * Was laid over about 2 years ago. Hit gravel going about 10mph. Replaced the broken side plastic, mirror, and rubber handle cover with OEM Honda parts. Other than some stuffs on the front fearing (see pics) you can't tell it's even been laid over. Took to a shop afterwards to check it over and all was good. Asking $800 OBO.
