Got this modem two years ago to accommodate the need for higher bandwidth. It can accommodate 1GB speeds, and it has been super reliable. The only reason why I am letting go of the modem is because I went to a new provider. Save some cash on the monthly rental fee from Xfinity by buying this modem. Super easy to activate the modem. I used the Xfinity app to activate this modem, which was super easy. I achieved 900Mbps for downloads on my plan. My work-from-home and gaming experience has been solid with the modem. The unit is clean and has the power adapter. I'm throwing in the coax cable too.
