Tandem trailer made in Kentucky, manufacturer unknown; has a BIA certified sticker but I can't find a VIN; not registered. New tires with less than 5 miles on them. I never checked the electric or brakes. Bought as a project from Craigslist a few years ago and gave up. The boat is an 86 fourwinns, 24', merc with Chevy V8. I deep cleaned it, was planning rewire and restore until I dug into the engine. I think the previous owner left the drain plug for a few winters and it filled with rain and snow. I'm not sure what is good on it. Full disclosure. No registration for the trailer and my dog ate the title for the boat. Can easily get one if needed.
