Works great! BE AWARE 1. One USB port is not working b/c it’s got an a plastic peripheral piece stuck in it- this can be repaired. 2. The battery charges & powers the laptop; however, it can fall out of place- a quick fix use duct tape. A long term fix, take it to a lab top repair technician. **I used the laptop as my desktop computer @ home (it stayed on my desk); so, the battery remained in place. **Also, I kept the laptop plugged into an electrical socket via AC adapter. I’m selling this HP Envy because I now have a newer Dell laptop. Bottomline- I don’t need it anymore; I do need the $ to pay some bills.
