08 Fleetwood Arcadia

Im looking to my camper as me and my family want to upgrade to a larger one but in the meantime we will still be using it as we camp all year round. Has an inside stove an oven both work great just have to use a camping lighter to ignite them heater works good we've never used the bathroom so im not sure if it works but it should. Has a stereo that works inside but outside speakers were disconnected because they sounded blown. It is lifted 7 inches" axle flip plus 2in blocks" rides great down the road Has newer tires and a brand new spare never used. Cons are the roof does have some soft spots it has never leaked on us an I did just put it up to make sure there was no water damage from the storms we've been having an there was no sign of water anywhere. 2 king bed slide outs table turns into a bed and there's a futon that turns into a couch as well. We will clear all of belongings prior to purchase. I will only pop it up if you are serious in purchasing it. Have title in hand. It is in ready to go camp anywhere you want to take it condition.
