****PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE**** Selling my 3 piece sectional comes with the ottoman 9/10 condition. The Ottoman is free with the couch. The couch itself had a rip in the back but it was sewn up (not perfect but pics included) and just a minor burn mark (not really noticeable either). The ottoman has a burn mark as well and the bottom is chipped off but Im not charging for the Ottoman. The pictures serve it well this couch is really a steal. I paid close to $1500 (paperwork included) Price is negotiable obviously im not trying to get anything close to the original price. Im only selling it because Im moving out of state in 30 days and I am not taking it with me.
