I went here and had my car worked on. Their mechanic is very reliable and trustworthy. They diagnosed the issue quickly! Also, Jenifer was absolutely amazing and super nice!

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!! I bought a car off their lot at 4:30 drove it home (not even a 25m drive) and through the drive home the check engine light came on AND the battery light came on I barely made it to my destination FRESH OFF THE LOT!! I call them and they’re saying they are not willing to fix but 1 out of the 6 running issues on the car. Not to mention the car won’t even drive anymore and it’s only been like an hour since I bought. This is absolutely atrocious horrible customer service, I took it to get checked and was told they erased the codes to the check engine light so the car APPEREAS to have no issues! THIS IS A SCAM and I will be looking for my money back to void the contract and shop else where I hope no one ever shops with these people again they are awful buisness and sales people completely unprofessional!!

They repo people's cars when they only have a lil small payment left and when they repo the vehicle they charge a repo fee and leave you with a balance left for the initial payment to pay off that's not good business

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Joel’s Auto Sales Inc., and I feel obligated to warn others. Not only did they take my money without delivering on their promises, but their customer service was shockingly bad.

After purchasing a vehicle, I discovered hidden issues that were never disclosed, and when I tried to address the problem, they completely ignored me. Their team was rude, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility for their actions. It felt like they were more interested in making a quick buck than in treating their customers with respect or fairness.

To make matters worse, they repossessed my car for being just one week behind on payments, even after I clearly communicated that I needed one more week to pay. Instead of working with me, they treated me like a criminal and made an already difficult situation even worse.

On top of that, they charged me for services and repairs that were either never done or done so poorly that the car ended up in worse condition. Every attempt to resolve this has been met with excuses, delays, or outright refusal to help.

Do yourself a favor: stay far away from Joel’s Auto Sales Inc. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and do not deserve anyone’s business.

WARNING!!! Buyer beware this is the biggest rip off place I've ever been to in my 50 plus years alive. I purchased 5 cars in a 2 month span from them and all of them had to be returned 3 do to engine failure 1 transmission failure the 5th my son repaired at his job then it got totalled oh and all was purchased this year 2024. They don't stand behind there cars the wife Jennifer is beyond rude and disrespectful all payments were made in timely manner. List of cars 2006 Honda pilot, 2007 Honda accord
,2007 Lexus which stayed in there shop for most of the 2 months we had it than decided to give it back and 2 hyundai santa fe in which both engines went bad the 2007 santa fe I didn't have it 24 hours and the engine was no good they put another engine in but I had to pay to have it towed to them smh and recently that same car engine went again and I paid to have it towed and told them to keep it and a week later the 2011 santa fe engine went had car towed home and told them to come get it and it looked them 2 weeks had to threatened them with having a no title junk yard come get. I'm embarrassed to say the amount of money I put into these cars but I will say I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. I know God will get them hopefully before they rip off the wrong person
