1972(?) Sears Suburban 12 Garden Tractor. ( Not a John Deere or Kubota )

Like new, mint condition, garage kept, recently detailed, garden tractor. Runs great, includes home made ripper and rake, roller, dethatcher. New tires, 3 point hitch. Has a pulley style pto in rebuildable condition. I’ve never used the pto. This tractor is extraordinarily powerful with its two speed transaxle. 3 forward and reverse in High gear, 3 forward and reverse in Low gear Pulls like a team of mules. Port Orchard near Southworth. No, this can not cut grass. It does not have a mowing deck. It is a garden tractor, not a lawn tractor.
