******Pick up in SE Portland close to 82nd and Powell.****** Vintage Napcoware lady head vase planter. Lady in gray outfit with a black hat and bow. Faux pearl earrings and necklace. Blonde hair, open eyes. Approximately 7.25" tall. Crazing from age. Some scuffs on hat and a few small areas of paint loss. Small hairline crack in the back. Prior owner wrote on the bottom.
