Skamper Sport 2002 Trailer Camper Pop up

This is a 2002 Skamper Camper as pictured above. The Pop-Up has been in my family for 8 years. The camper is a smoke-free and pet-free, the camper is as well clean from any pet hair. We have taken very good care of the pop-up and have made repairs from the last owner. Due to me going away for college and moving out we will no longer be using the camper and it just takes up space and needs a new great owner. It has a total of 4 beds in which comes with the camper expands to have one king and one queen bed on each opposite end. The table converts to a twin also the bench converts to a single. The camper comes with a dinning area as well a grill and faucet to cook on. We never have used the toilet or shower but it works, we just used it for extra storage space. The camper is 10 years old and does have some wear and tear to it but still nice for a family camping trip. The camper is for LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY!!! The camper is available for pick-up in Plano, Texas. We will allow for a visit in which you can come and see the camper for yourself, preferably on a weekend (message me for details). We have done our research for the price of the camper and we are asking $4000 best offer for our Skamper. Once purchased, the seller and buyer will have a written contract the item will be sold AS IS! Therefore, the camper can not be returned for any reason for a full refund!
