Description

Due to an upcoming move and a baby on the way, we are listing our Yamaha M305 upright piano. I'm the second owner. The piano plays well but could use a tune. The sostenuto (practice pedal) is a nice addition for practice, although some of the keys don't play normally with the sostenuto on this particular piano. I suspect this can be fixed during tuning. The wood is in fair condition, with a few minor nicks, and it could potentially use a polish. Based on the serial number, this piano was likely built around 1989/1990. I've added photos of any damage. The first is on the right bottom veneer of the cabinet. The second is near the keys on the right front. Last, is that the left leg is cracked - it does not screw in, but can be placed under the keys to support it as the length is the same. Buyer to arrange moving. The piano is located in a condo with an elevator and no steps. Price is fair for a Yamaha piano and accounts for condition. Lowball offers will be ignored. Located in Lake City.
