Description

Had to cut the bottom “1” off in order for it to fit into my apartment. It’s served me well through quarantine while gyms were shut down. Great for stretching, unilateral work, pull ups, core strengthening exercises (hanging knee tucks, planks) foot elevated work, and Pilates. There are a plethora of YouTube videos on various exercises to be done using this contraption. I love it, I am just moving into a space where I cannot bring it with me. Must pick up in west Seattle. Relatively light weight for what it is, one man could handle transporting it. Does not come with suspension trainer. Currently on Amazon for $297 Selling for $170 OBO.
