I've had this AC a little over a year. It is in great condition and well taken care of. The URL I listed is for the unit when it sold at Home Depot. All the details can be found there. I primarily used it in a 200 square foot office and it would make it very cold. Also used it in a larger living room area and it did its job just fine.
