We just bought a pre-owned BMW from Apex Autonet and it was such a great experience! From the moment we got there Richard was very welcoming. He knew so much about the car and made sure we understood all the features.

In a world of shady car salesman, and sketchy facebook marketplace and craigslist ads; Richard and Apex Autonet Inc. stand out as an actual honest business. I called about a 2020 totota corolla, came into check out. Richard was very amiable and patient in letting me check the car, test drive it on the highway and so on. Upon taking the car on the highway I noticed that around 80mph there was a slight shake. Richard acknowledged this as well and immediately called his mechanic to realign the front tires at no additional cost.

Furthermore, I requested to have my own mechanic look at the car to confirm everything was in working order. Richard agreed to this without hesitation. He has been patient and kind throughout the long winded process of buying a car, and I truly feel he is not trying to swindle or sell me a car with known underlying issues. He is transparent and honest about the cars.

On top of all this let’s talk fees. I payed a standard 85 paper processing fee, which is set by california state law, sales tax, and the dmv fees. That is it. No additional or hidden fees, no GPS tracker or anything that I saw many other dealers try to tack on to the car.

I feel like this sounds like I’m a plant, but I’m really not. I spent a two weeks driving around town, checking out cars at dealerships and third party sellers, and dealt with many rude and obnoxious people. Finding Richard and this business, plus a pretty good deal on this car felt like a god send.

Could not recommend them enough. Honest businesses like this deserve to rise to the top.

ironic to find a car dealer owner who knows nothing about cars. asked about my car’s trade in value, was told that my 2014 e63s with 45k miles in perfect interior and exterior condition, carbon ceramic brakes, ppf, full service history, no accidents, had a trade in value of $20k. i bought this car from a auto boutique for $45k less than 8 months ago. gave him the vin number and after a long few minutes, he asked me if my car has a convertible or hard top, whether it’s 2 or 4 door. anyone with a bit of experience with Mercedes would know that e63 does not have a coupe. never imagined a car shop owner would be so clueless about cars. then proceeded to ask whether my car was driveable or a scrap car. left me speechless. clueless about German performance cars, only suitable to sell Japanese family cars
