Couch in overall good shape. Have had for a year, was used partially for Real Estate staging. Unfortunately a puppy put a hole where you can see it was patched. Bottom of cushions have blemishes but nothing afffecting overall performance of couch. Retails for $799. Measures 96” W x 39” H x 40” D Have for sale as part of a 2 piece set if interested in multiple pieces. Only selling because it’s too big for our space.
